Fritidshus i South Island

"Bra rum och den mesta personalen väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. I alla fall den kvinnliga personalen. Extra plus för den Thailändska kvinnan i receptionen. Mycket bra service från henne genomgående. Golvet i badrummet hade tyvärr tandkrämsstänk när jag kom och det åtgärdades inte på de 3 dagar jag bodde där. "

"Utmärkt service i receptionen. Dock åt vi i matsalen och de hade ej ett vin eller rätt som fanns på rummets vinlista tillgängligt. "

"Freezing cold in the room when we checked-in at 12:30am for a few hours of sleep. Despite trying to to get the heating going, incl. help from the staff, it was still like 13-14 degrees Celcius in the room an hour later. So, at 1:30am we got a another room. Again some 13-14 degrees in the room but this time the staff at least got the heating running and they also brought some portable heatets. At 2am the temperature in the room was at least decent. We cannot understand why the heating wasn’t started before we arrived - especially considering we had provided all our flight details. Very disppointing :("

"It was a good hotel, with nice views. We got the deluxe room with lakeview. It was big and was nice with both a bathtub and shower. Something we noticed that areas for storage was missing, even though the room was big and there was plenty of space to put up some more benches/shelves. We kept most of our things on the floor. Other than that, nice staff, close to all restaurants and stargazing places. Easy to park. "
