“We had an amazing stay at this truly unique and beautiful home. The space was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and such a joy to spend time in, it felt like a destination in itself. The host was absolutely wonderful: incredibly helpful, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail to make the stay special. We really appreciated the care that went into the home and the overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“Had such a nice weekend. Came for a friends wedding, on Labor Day weekend, the price was unmatched!! A few steps from the water. Down the street from the venue. Huge house. Beautiful kitchen. Very clean. Host was very communicative and accommodating. AC in every single room. Perfect weekend.”

“Great house with lots of space. Perfect location! The host is extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The location was absolutely perfect, and one of the things we loved most was being able to walk to town and the beautiful harbor. Everything was so conveniently located, from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants to the lovely waterfront, making it easy to enjoy everything Greenport has to offer without needing to drive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Greenport getaway!”

“House was very clean and had every amenity that we needed. Neat decor! Worked out really well for our trip to the US Open.”

“Very cozy house in a great location!”

“Clean, well appointed, great location. We highly recommend this property and owner.”

“House was extremely clean, well taken care of and was absolutely ready to go when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood so don't plan on throwing any ragers here. Maybe only thing to be aware of is plan on getting ice in advance as no ice maker which isn't a surprise as they break constantly under use. “We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions that made everything easy. We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Upon arrival, there was a notice of non payment of almost 4000 from the electric company on the door so I was concerned I would lose electric. The grounds seemedover grown and unkept. There was no TV, no hot water in the kitchen with a brokenhot water knob which would have needed a wrench. Although it had in room air conditioners vented outside, they were taped in place with open air coming inside. One of the open areas actually had live tree vines coming inside which I pulled out. “Could not ask for a more helpful, kind, accommodating host, who made sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. Really sweet home on a mellow street, with a very private backyard and pool that heats up quickly and retains heat well, too. (Wish our own pool did that!) We really loved being SO village-walkable — we hardly used the car. Lots of good spots for meals and ice cream. What a wonderful way to kick off the summer with our crew!”
