2 bedroom cottage newly renovated and fully equipped, sleeps up to eight people, cottage is directly across the street from the marinas watch the boats go by from the front patio, walk to the water, walk to East Matunuck beach or Matunuck Oyster bar, and all the local restaraunts its 5 minute drive to route 1 that takes you to all the beaches, take advantage of the local boat launch, our cottage comes with outdoor shower, grill, lawn furniture, 4 kayaks for
your pleasure at no extra charge. (Use at your own risk)

We had a mixed crew of kids and adults. We loved the house! It's a little small, which we expected but great location and lots of charm. We utilized the front patio grill and also the backyard firepit. Had a few visitors and everyone enjoyed themselves. Outdoor shower is a nice touch.

The house was great and perfect for our needs. The location was great. It was a drive to the beach, but we were OK with that. We were able to walk to the marina and a wonderful snack shack nearby every morning for an amazing breakfast. The owner was easy to communicate with and the check-in and checkout process was super simple. Probably the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. The house has a Keurig and I forgot to get K cups that would be my only suggestion as a coffee lover!

Parent Weekend

The location was great, thank you. Adorable place to stay. Thank you. The only feedback would be to get a new nozzle for the shower head so the water came out more consistently. Otherwise, everything was amazing. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Lovely week

We had a wonderful week exploring a part of our home state we had never been to before. The cottage was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The beach was a 25 minute walk or about a 4 minute drive. Parking at the beach was easy and the beach itself was beautiful. Matunuck Oyster bar is within walking distance (taking the shortcut) and is a must go! Loved the location and although we were not right on the water and we were only 45 minutes from home, it definitely felt like a beach vacation. Would recommend!

RI Family Vacation

Great location. Close to the beach and day trips to Block Island and Newport! The cottage was perfect for our family. The kayaks were also great to have being so close to the water.

Thomas had been wonderful to work with. We stayed in two of his rentals. He helped me with booking and was very accommodating. We will for sure book with him every time we visit Rhode Island. Houses are exceptional everything you need. Comfortable and very clean! What a great experience

Cottage was very clean and what a nice neighborhood. The Fourth of July parade went right by the house. The marina is nearby where you can stop in for breakfast or just supplies.

Nice little cottage next to the boat pier

This is a nice cottage that is right next to the boat pier and a short distance from East Matunuck State Beach, which is arguably one of the nicer beaches in the vicinity. The host was very communicative, and we had no issues with check-in or check-out despite getting there late on Friday night because we had to drive after work from NYC. Everything was clean and in working order (especially the grill). All of the appliances were good, and I was able to make dinner every night despite it being an "away game" and not having access to my usual tools/appliances. My only complaint were the beds weren't terribly comfortable, and we opted for the two twins over the one full in the master because of comfort issues. On that note, while you could technically sleep 8 in this cottage, be forewarned that 4 of those people will be sharing two pull out couches. I also would've liked to open the windows on the couple of nights we had where A/C wouldn't have been necessary, but we weren't able to. We enjoyed our long weekend away from the city thanks to this cottage. We weren't sure what the garbage/recycling requirements were like because we didn't see any instructions, so hopefully we got that right when we left!

Cutest house close to the beach

We stayed 4 nights taking our daughter back to URI and enjoying the beaches and restaurants. Snug Harbor is a great location to get anywhere. We love this house and plan to return!

Cozy cottage on quiet street with boat and marina access

Recently renovated cottage on quiet street perfect for small family with all amenities, stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, kayaks-a lot for the small space it occupies. Owner was helpful and responsive. No complaints at all. We truly enjoyed our stay.
