My one critique is that the cooking equipment could be improved. For a large house meant for a big group, the number and size of pots and pans was not adequate.”

One of the first things that greeted us was 4 overflowing trash bins outside, ransacked by animals. Walking inside we immediately found that the house had many things that are half finished. Trim work missing, paint incomplete and hazardous problems all over (sliding screen doors coming off the tracks, door handles falling off, electrical wires...
