“The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

“Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing

“This was the second year in a row we stayed at Adero for our December long weekend. Since the previous year the property has seen some lovely upgrades and improvements. The classes that were offered were excellent for both Pilates and yoga. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking. The location is a get away from the center of the city so having parking shouldn’t be an extra cost. Otherwise would recommend. ”

“The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. ”

"Very nice staff. The whole hotel is a bit old and would do well by a renovation. My room was worn down and would do very well by a renovation. My colleagues room however was better than mine. But it was clean and not unfresh in any way. Must have been awesome in the 80s. "
