“My shower had inconsistent hot water”

“Communication with host was good and this is a convenient location to both murrells inlet and north Myrtle. Condos need updating and deep cleaning, particularly floors and bathrooms. ”

“Staff was nice, no water pressure, I mean like I take a 3 minute shower normally and it took me 30 minutes to get clean. NO HOT water. Shower ran for 20 minutes before it got even warm then became cold again after like 2 minutes. Room was clean just very unprofessionally remodeled. Bottom of the doors are worn and wood is all chipped off and thought that’s not a big deal I owned a hotel for 42 years at home and the little things are important and people notice. “The room was not properly cleaned, hair clogged in the shower drain that my husband had to clean out because when showering the water was overflowing onto the floor…staff was rude when I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room because they said it was late 10pm and housekeeping was not available to come up and clean our room but that they could accommodate us by moving us from the 12th floor with views to the 6th floor.”
