“We decided to stay here because it offered beautiful suites, many amenities and was close to everything we wanted to do. Everyone working there was incredibly polite and helpful and made us feel wanted. We got the breakfast the first morning but it truthfully wasnt worth the price. 2 buffet breakfasts, 2 drinks and 1 mimosa plus automatically add tip we paid nearly $90! Kassaskåpet och brandvarnaren funkade inte. Eluttagen hängde lösa på väggarna. Fanns inga handdukar att få på eftermiddagen. Frukosten var extremt underdimensionerad. “This hotel has a lot going for it. Nice pool options. Free parking. Excellent ocean view. Good size units with kitchen area and sitting area. Our unit had 2 beds, a sleep sofa, and a pullman bed. None of the furniture or beds were very comfortable, but its nuce to have a unit instead if just a hotel room. I think complimentary coffee would be a nice touch.”

“The toilet didn’t really want to flush I had to put my hand in the water part many times to get it to work. When I walked in the room smelled terrible I had to buy things to make it smell good. The refrigerator sounds very bad and the white people called us N but other that the water park was fun for me and my kids”

Pros: the staff was very friendly, plenty of clean towels, Starbucks, the views from the balcony, easy parking, many pools, the bowling alley/arcade, food was good, pool side cocktails. Cons: rooms are outdated and muggy, pools were murky, everything need a good cleaning and be updated, due to Covid the rooms could not be cleaned daily, slow elevators/need more elevators. “El recibimiento que tuvimos fue ingrato una señora de color , nos trato de muy mala manera, sin dar explicaciones nos mandó a un lugar al otro lado de la calle yo le dije que había reservado en Palace resort pero me repitió al "otro lado de la calle" , tuve que llamar a hotel .com luego regresé al hotel y me recibió otra señora de color muy amable y ya no hubo más problema , ”
