âClose to the M1 and as we were visiting family it was in the right place and there was shopping nearby which was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and everything was excellent especially the staff who were very polite and helpful. When we visit again in the new year we will be staying here again.â

âRoom was very nice, as was the bathroom, but couldnât get the A/C to come on. Luckily it wasnât excessively hot so didnât really affect sleep. Breakfast was very nice, with good choice and never had to wait for anything. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, throughout our short stay. â
âIt's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay.â
âEverything was excellent and the room was lovely apart from one member of staff in the restaurant who didnât seem like she was interested or could be bothered with the job.
When one of us ordered the mixed grill in the restaurant she asked how we wanted it and then we had to find out what she meant and finally she said it was the steak, rather than just asking how we wanted the steak cooked.
Also as a separate note we asked what beers you had on draught and were asked if we meant beer or lager...

âRoom was fantastic, spacious, clean, quiet (apart from a fire alarm but that probably doesn't happen very often) and customer service was exceptional. There was some work being done in the corridor but that did not impact our stay. We were meeting family and exploring the area and found it was close to the major roads. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of lovely food choices in the pub attached. I would recommend this hotel. â
