Saida Towers II-506 is a high floor corner unit in Tower II - the true OG
Saida sitting directly on the sand at 406 Padre Blvd, with nothing between you
and the Gulf of Mexico. The corner position gives this unit the largest three-
bedroom floor plan at Saida Towers: more square footage, a bigger balcony, and
a direct beachfront address that no other building nor unit in the complex can
truly match. Three bedrooms, two baths, up to 10 guests, recently remodeled,
and positioned at the sand’s edge.
The living room is genuinely spacious with ample comfortable seating for the
whole group. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area, and living
room gives everyone room to spread out — this is the kind of condo where the
group naturally ends up together rather than retreating to separate rooms.
When you have the largest three-bedroom unit in the complex, you can feel the
difference.
Tower II sits directly on the beach, with the pool right there and the sand
just beyond the gate. Families come back to this building year after year -
there is room to throw a football, kids find other kids quickly, and the
complex has an energy during vacation season that is hard to put into words
until you’re in it.

That oversized corner balcony is a genuine outdoor living space — furnished
for dining, built for a full family cookout, and equipped with a gas grill
open to Gulf breezes and sunset light that stretches well past dinner. Bring
your own LP gas tank; it is absolutely worth it.
The master bedroom faces the ocean with its own private en suite bath and
water views that set the tone for every morning of your stay. It’s everything
you’d want.
The kitchen is large, open, and built for real cooking — eat-in counter
seating, a full complement of cookware and dishware, everything you need to
feed the whole group without going out every night. The in-unit washer and
dryer handles the laundry. Clean, fresh towels & linens are on every bed; plus
a starter supply of toiletries, soaps, trash bags, and dishwasher pods is
provided though not replenished.
Saida Towers runs like a resort: three pools with one heated from December 1
through April 1, three Texas-sized heated jacuzzis, four tennis or pickleball
courts, a weekend poolside bar and grill by Tower 3, beach chair and umbrella
rentals at $45 cash per day right out front, 24/7 gated security, and elevator
access to all floors.
The south end location puts a full restaurant strip within easy walking
distance from the front gate — family-friendly Italian, fresh sushi, a famous
burger franchise, smoothies and salads — and Yummies, the island’s #1-rated
breakfast spot on Trip Advisor, is less than half a mile away. Beach Park SPI
is about a mile down the road.
Beach towels & gear are not provided, so bring your own. The beach chair
rental service sets up two chairs and an umbrella for you right out front —
$45 per day, 10 AM to 5 PM. No pre-booking online, no reservations needed;
they never run out.
For stays of three nights or more, complimentary linen and towel exchange is
available at the South Padre Trips office at 2600 Padre Blvd for your
convenience
NEIGHBORHOOD
Right out the front gate: Russo’s Italian is family-friendly with gluten-free
options, pizza, pasta, beer and wine, affordable prices, and late hours.
Kohnami Japanese serves fresh sushi alongside a Teppanyaki grill. Johnny
Rockets — yes, the famous burger franchise — is steps away, and Tropical
Smoothie Cafe is there for wraps, salads, and a healthier choice. Less than
half a mile: Yummies for breakfast and lunch (the #1-rated restaurant on Trip
Advisor on South Padre Island), and yes, McDonald’s for those moments. About a
mile away: Beach Park SPI, the former Schlitterbahn waterpark as well as Dirty
Al’s the best fried shrimp in the State of Texas & we will die on that hill!
SLEEPING (Up to 10 Guests)
Primary bedroom: king bed, en suite full bath, ocean view. Bedrooms 2 and 3
are fully furnished for the remaining guests — this is a true 10-person unit
with real sleeping spread.. The 10-guest maximum includes infants and
children.

PARKING
Two parking permits are included in the gated complex at no charge — parking
is free here, unlike hotels on the island that charge for every car. Two
vehicles maximum; no additional permits can be issued. The complex has 24/7
on-site security and elevator access to all floors. If you happen to have
extra cars free parking is always available at the SPI Convention Center or
Post office; generally on weekdays along the City Street Gulf Blvd but please
be aware not onsite.
GROUPS
Please note we have multiple units and can rent you more than one. Inquire —
we would love to help you out! We can handle groups for weddings, class
reunions, student groups, conferences and more - space open for over 250
people if needed - we are untouchable on the Island for group space.
High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum
service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone
if you have must-do work as it can go down.
DISCOUNTS — JUST ASK
Reduced rates for off-season stays (September 15 – December 15), veterans and
active military, and current Texas tackle football coaches (our sons play for
Lake Travis in Austin — Go Cavs!). Send a message and ask.
POLICIES
Primary guest must be 23 or older. Guests under 23 require prior approval
before booking and a substantial additional refundable damage deposit, if
approved at all. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are
required before check-in. You must read and agree to all house rules prior to
booking — we are happy to answer any questions before you arrive. Strict
cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any
time. The property is security patrolled at all times
SPRING BREAK AND EASTER WEEKEND
During March and Easter weekend, the Saida HOA requires a security wristband
for guests ages 10 through 33. The fee is $25 per person, non-refundable, and
is a Saida HOA/security requirement — not a fee we set or control. We pre-
collect for your convenience so your arrival goes smoothly. There is no
wristband fee during any other time of year.
