Three-level bayside townhome with private rooftop patio and panoramic Laguna Madre sunset views. Recently remodeled with higher-end décor, this 3 bedroom residence offers vertical privacy across multiple levels, unobstructed bay views (not directly on the water), in-unit washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. Located approximately 2.5 blocks from public beach access though no pool on property.



If you are looking for privacy, separation of space, and true South Padre sunsets — this is it.

The Space:

THE ROOFTOP & SUNSET VIEWS



This is why to book, - the third-level rooftop patio is the signature feature of this home



Accessed via spiral staircase, this elevated space provides unobstructed Laguna Madre views and breathtaking sunset moments. Perfect for evening margaritas or morning coffee with fresh bay air.



While the property does not sit directly on the bay, it enjoys open water views and at high tide feels right off the water. This is the right-side unit of a double townhome.



While this beautiful property has unbelievable sunsets from the rooftop patio regrettably it does not have a pool - sorry!



LAYOUT & PRIVACY ACROSS THREE LEVELS



Next best reason to book – additional privacy not easily found. If you are looking for true space to spread out, this layered layout creates natural privacy.



Full three bedroom, 2 full baths



On the Ground Floor two of the three bedrooms are located here, sharing a full bath and offering access to a small shared rear patio.



On the Second Level the spacious primary suite with en suite bath sits on one side. On the other side is the large living room with sectional sofa, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.



This level also includes a rear patio off conveniently located off the kitchen with an LP/Gas BBQ grill (guests must bring their own LP propane tank as we do not supply for safety reasons).



On the third level up the spiral staircase, you will find a rooftop patio to enjoy. While it is shared with neighbors, they do not rent and almost never ever use – so near private



Stairs are required throughout the property. For those traveling with infants or toddlers, we recommend bringing a self-standing baby gate due to the spiral staircase.



This layout works especially well for families with teens, grandparents, or adult couples traveling together that would appreciate the additional privacy so many floors afford to you as the guests.





KITCHEN & LIVING



The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, dishes, and cooking essentials for home-cooked meals. The open flow into the very large living room makes this level ideal for family movie nights or game nights (yes, board games are provided!)



Each bedroom features a Smart flat screen TV. The living room also includes a large screen TV for streaming apps.



WiFi is the highest level available on the island, though outages can occur; a cell hotspot is recommended if work is required.



A full-sized washer and dryer are located inside the townhome for your convenience as going home with clean things is cause for a celebration in and of itself for us clean freaks!

Maximum occupancy is 13 guests including infants and children, with no exceptions to this limit.



While it can accommodate 13, the home is most comfortable for approximately 8 adults with the rest additional children. We want to set clear expectations and avoid disappointment.



If using the couch or airbed, please bring your own bedding to be comfortable.





OUTDOOR & WATER ACCESS



This home offers three separate outdoor areas:



• Small Ground-level patio

• Slightly larger than 1st floor patio off kitchen with grill

• Rooftop patio with bay views

*This townhome does not directly sit on the Laguna Madre Bay



Want to SUP? This is your sign! We have a rental place just ask if you do not wish to bring.



Kayaks or paddleboards can be launched just down the street on Saturn if you choose



Public beach access is approximately 2.5 blocks away. We recommend bringing a wagon for transporting beach gear



This property does not have access to a pool nor do we provide beach gear, toys, etc.

Driveway allows a maximum of 2 vehicles total

A golf cart counts toward this total



Street parking is not available. If you have an extra vehicle, we recommend parking at nearby post office or parking on city street on W Polaris Lane.

Up to 1 dog allowed with additional $75 pet fee. No exceptions to pet count and unfortunately if not disclosed, we must evict. There is a small little park just 5 feet from the driveway for your doggie too please though pick up after them.

Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies provided (not replenished nor unlimited please note).



Beach toys and towels are not provided.



Clean, fresh linens and bath towels are provided by our agency as well as professional cleanings between each guest. We guarantee very very clean.

Enjoy access to all three levels of this bayside townhome. The ground floor features two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom, along with access to a small, shared rear patio. The second level houses the primary suite with an ensuite bath, a spacious living room with a sectional sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a patio with an LP/Gas BBQ grill (guests provide their own propane). On the third level, you'll find the rooftop patio offering stunning Laguna Madre views. Please note the spiral staircase throughout the property. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles. Public beach access is approximately 2.5 blocks away.

A short 2.5-block stroll will lead you to the beautiful public beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the Gulf of Mexico. For dining, you'll find a range of options nearby, from casual eateries to seafood restaurants, all within easy walking or driving distance. Explore local shops and boutiques for unique souvenirs and beach essentials. The neighborhood is known for its relaxed atmosphere and stunning sunsets, best enjoyed from our rooftop patio. Paddleboard and kayak rentals are available just down the street on Saturn, offering a fun way to explore the Laguna Madre. With everything so close, you can easily experience the best of South Padre Island.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy! You'll find convenient parking right at the townhome with space for two vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is unavailable. Additional parking options include the nearby post office or city streets like W Polaris Lane. For those arriving by air, the townhome is approximately a 40-minute drive from Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO). While public transportation isn't readily available on the island, taxis and ride-sharing services are accessible. Golf carts are a popular way to explore, and they count as one of your two allowed parking spaces.
