Also close to Monument Square, it’s an area frequented by people needing extra supports for addiction, homelessness, mental health. The secondary entrance was often blocked by a person ranting or sleeping. Disturbed yelling is common into the late night/early morning. “The real deal. EXTREMELY small. train track borders back yard. Super tiny living room. the kitchen: literally stove, fridge (that doesn’t fully open in the small space) and sink. All night you get hourly train horn and shaking building. Fun for kids (sarcasm noted?) Location great as far as beach access and a quick walk to shopping and bars and the amusement area - and located on a quieter end of the strip. but admittedly we wouldn’t come back and we’re disappointed in condition of the rental....
