“Very cute and clean apartment with dedicated parking space on the property. We walked to the beach multiple times because it was an easy walk and close by, as well as Palace Playland. The apartment had everything we needed and a lot of towels, which was great. We would recommend to our friends and family. ”

“Place was very clean and well decorated. I had some minor concern about the floorboards being uneven under the laminate- this is a possible trip hazard. But the neighborhood was relatively quiet and I loved the view from the porch.”

“I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help. “These guest quarters had everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing “home base” while we explored the beautiful area. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Loved the woodwork and artwork throughout as it gave the space such a warm, inviting feel. The host’s guidebook was full of thoughtful, local recommendations. “Well equipped Efficiency apartment in a perfect lication, just north of the downtown, but walking distance to pretty much everything. Bed is super comfortable! Shower is tiny, but hey, there’s a shower! Will def stay again when in OOB!”
