“Great hotel to great price The floor should need to be mopped of regularly, for example every 2 day. The three last days during our 7 days stay our room we was provided with clean towels and the tradhbins not emptied”

“clean room, no ice, coke machine sells for 3.50 but takes 4.50 from your card. office says coke machine (two of them) are at your own risk. thee hotel has nothing to do with them and there is no phone number for a refund. they then said we don't make money from it so we don't give refunds for it and why would we have a phone number we don't make any money from those machines.”

“Easy check in and comfortable room. Looked clean, but found a dirty wet towel caught up in the shower curtain. We were traveling with a cooler, but had no way to re-freeze our ice pack (fridge, no freezer), and the ice machine was out of order.”

“Stayed 5 or 4 nights paid 200 worth deposit fees. Never received any receipts upon check in and only received one deposit of 50 dollars back. They say they are processing your refund the same night even on sundays during check in. They said the deducted 10 dollars one night for make up on towels. And today she said they took thirty for make up on towels. I’m not messy I’m clean. I get the charge the first time but I asked her to let me know ahead of time if they were taking any of my deposit....
