“The hotel is overall a good place to stay”

“What a great stay! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Temp was great in the room. Nice to have real glasses in the room. We could hear kids and doors closing in the hallway in the morning but couldn’t hear freeway at night. Location was perfect because of easy access to freeway. Check in was great! … even tho she wasn’t a Dodger fan. lol. Amy, was so helpful in the morning. She made perfect coffees. Great food in their “market”. The only negative was that our body wash was out in the shower....

“We booked this hotel for one night based only on previous positive reviews on Hotels.com. We found out that all good that was said by others was true. We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? The lovely ladys Tammy and Paula did everything they could to help us with our problem, and after a while they succeeded in printing our tickets. Service...

“Stay here if you want to hear intimate moments of your neighbors waking you through the night. I'm not a prude. The walls and doors are paper thin. Dirty entry to building.Dirty halls, Dirty room. Moldy shower. Yellow gunk, hair and God knows what else thriving behind the bathroom door. The elevator cried with every move, beat up, wallpaper ripped, chunks of paint knocked off the sad walls. The whole place smelled like dog pee. This needs torn down or shut down and sanitized and rebuilt. Gross.”

“Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs.”

“Efter ha blivit flera timmar försenade på flyget till Chicago, stannade vi kl 01.30 och sov på Motel 6 Merrilville på vår väg i bil till Indianapolis. Hade bokat hotellrummet för 4 personer online via expediaappen medans vi satt fast på flygplatsen i New York. Rummet med 2 dubbelsängar var rent och snyggt och mycket prisvärt. Efter några timmars god sömn kunde vi utvilade fortsätta vår bilresa.”

“I booked this hotel because it was a good price and had great reviews. Well someone was lying because it is the worse place I have ever stayed! Dirty, horribly run down, the pictures online are not true at all, most of the outlets in my room didn’t work, no phone in the room, no conditioner or body wash, no coffee maker or cups, no ice bucket, tv didn’t work, the pillows were so lumpy, mattress uncomfortable, there were stains on the sheets, even fresh blood.
