“We stayed 4 nights and no one cleaned the room or made the bed. On the third day they offered clean towels and took out the trash. The lobby staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was from 7-10am but they closed at 9:30 on Memorial Day.”

“We booked this hotel for one night based only on previous positive reviews on Hotels.com. We found out that all good that was said by others was true. We used the hotel's busines centre computer to order tickets for an event in Chicago, but it turned out that we could only pring e-mails, not PDF files. Panic! Did we just waste over 400 USD? The lovely ladys Tammy and Paula did everything they could to help us with our problem, and after a while they succeeded in printing our tickets. Service...

“I had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inn in Schererville. The owner is young and welcoming, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all excellent. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location near restaurants and cafés. One area for improvement: the in-room safes in our rooms were not working, and the coffee machine was dripping hot water. Overall, a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.”
