“Booked here on the way from the US to Montreal. Nice, large and clean room. However, the bathroom is not in a separate room - there is only a curtain separating the sink from the rest of the room. Not a very good solution (gets a bit noisy for no good reason). There are only sliding doors to the shower and toilet, not proper doors. Also not a great design (doesn't close very tightly). “We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, historic inn. Our room was in the units across the street by the river — spacious, comfortable, and featuring a king bed. The setting was peaceful and picturesque, with the river and many charming nearby towns, and it’s only a short drive to Montreal. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
