“Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add. The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed. “The Radisson Blu was a very comfortable stay. It was easy to check in, the front desk was friendly and helpful. There was an easy list of information given, on amenities which made it easy to enjoy our stay. They explained a pool party was happening when we checked in, which was fun with a live dj and fun drink samples being given. I'm very picky about my bed and it was comfy! Staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the location and its walkable to Millenium Park, Lake Michigan, Riverwalk, Art Institute, train station and tons of restaurants and bars. ”
