“Very nice!”

“The pool is only open till 8pm. There we multiple noise complaints about us for just normal activities. We could hear our neighbors enjoying there vacation (it was loud ) while we were trying to sleep (the walls seemed very thin). Walking down the halls we could hear conversations coming from other rooms. No maid service was given, no clean towels, beds weren’t made, garbage wasn’t emptied. The was food on the floor around the bed. There were no manager on site when I tried to see about...

“I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Orland Park, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh options. The location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants, making it a perfect choice for travelers.”

“Room ceiling air vents thickly covered in dust. Otherwise, the staff encountered were outstanding.”

“Room was dirty- mold and mildew in the shower and shower pan was slippery. Also, they charge $8 a day to park your car. This is Tinley Park, mid socioeconmic and ghe parking lot shares with Texas Roadhouse and Jumbo Crab. It's a joke. Save your $$ and stay somewhere else.”

“Overall I’d give this property a 3-4/5. The bedding was very comfortable (probably the best we have had), the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great, and the heating and cooling of the room was also great. It’s also in a very central area for what we went for. They were also very accommodating upon arrival as we had to change our room type. Little downside was that there was hole in the wall near the shower where spiders and ants crawled out from time to time. Also the door...

“Property and location was great just incredibly thin walls and windows unfortunately. We could easily hear the TV from the room beside until 1AM then kids were racing up and down the street until 2AM. Hotel is great though!”

“The breakfast omelets were good. Even though this place was recently renovated their are many signs of wear or use of bad materials. Our plans changed and we were there before 1:00. The hotel was empty but the manager wanted $50 to check us in early. I know they have the right but it's never happened before anywhere. Even in Newark I flew on an overnight flight and the Double Tree staff let me check in at 9 am because the room was available.”

“This is the second year that I have held my son’s birthday at this location. Each year the boys have had a ball. They are able to setup their games system in the room, swim, and eat and celebrate in the lobby area. The rooms are clean and the staff were amazing. I appreciate this location. ”
