“We checked in Friday afternoon and immediately informed the front desk that we did not have HOT water in the sink they said they would have it fixed they did not Saturday morning we asked again to fix the hot water and the desk people said they would they did not Saturday afternoon housekeeping had not come to our room so I went to the desk and checked on that and I was told they would not clean the room until after 3 days unless we requested house cleaning daily I requested house cleaning daily...

“Sheets stained and first room the comforter had blood on it. The second room had stains on the comforter and hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. Right beside the bed there was something on the floor that looked real gross. The room did not get real cool either.”

“This is the second holiday inn i have stayed in this month. although this hotel is old need updates. the room was cleaner than the previous hotel. The bathroom in the lobby both toilets clogged and smelled horrible. breakfast was ok. i guess i got what I paid for ”

“The front desk staff were not friendly nor attentive; poor customer service for the entirety of our two day stay. The room was clean enough but built up filth in the corners of the bathroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable; hard mattresses with very little padding and minimal bedding. Little to no sound proofing in the rooms.
