“Great location and the house was clean and well kept. Walking distance to the beach. We’ve stayed at this location twice and will definitely be visiting again. Property manager did not respond to VRBO messages, so you’ll have to email them directly and even then the response is minimal. But nothing to fuss about. My family and I loved the trip and the house was exactly what we hoped for. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family! It was a great family Vacation. ”

“Family of 4, with kids 9 and 12. This was a nice comfortable unit for the 4 of us. The beach was not crowded in front of the building even on July 4th week. We used the beach service chairs all week. Pool was clean and area kept nice by HOA. 4th floor unit made taking the stairs easy right down to the beach even though there is an elevator. Lots of good restaurants around and close to shopping and arcade. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Thanks!!”

“This condo was perfect for us! You can’t beat the view, the beach is right there! You can sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing. The inside was clean, updated, & they even leave little care kits (for toiletries & kitchen needs). It’s plenty spacious for a family of 4. Everything about our stay here was so easy too! We will definitely stay here again!”

“Because it was my first time using VRBO I wasn't prepared for the check in process (my issue), but the management company was immediately available and extremely helpful. As others have noted, the building is undergoing quite a bit of repair, but this condo is spectacularly maintained, well-appointed and quite comfortable. In addition, the 15th floor views are stunning and the access to the pool was perfect. The only negative was the condition of the 4-seat forward facing golf cart - it has...
