“We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. The only thing to note is if you are not an early riser or sensitive to light in your bedroom, the sun rises in those 3 East facing windows you see pictured above the bed. “Really comfortable and quiet location. Apartment is in a great location on the property. We didn’t visit the pool, because we had a whole ocean and beach to enjoy.”

“Second time visiting this beach house from HTX and we already can’t wait to come back. Our host was so attentive. Check-in is easy, kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean. A/C works great which is a plus. Outdoor shower helps tremendously with keeping the sand outside. Beach chair service is nice to have. Cool patio in the back of the unit. Being steps from the beach is so convenient for families with littles, you can come and go as needed. ”

“The only complaints we had were we could not get any hot water in the main kitchen and the top floor is really warm since there is no thermostat up there and must rely on the downstairs and we all know heat rises. We do love this home and hope to be back.”
