"We absolutely loved our three bedroom upstairs cottage area. Everything was clean, Chris left us little treats and drinks and it’s at a perfect location there. My wife and I hung out On the awesome column front porch and saw a walking path across the street and went to the beautiful lake over there. By far this was our best place to stay in our whole trip. Easy communication and very comfortable"

"My family (teenagers to grandparents) stayed at this beautiful house for the weekend of my older son’s graduation at Cornell. The house was unbelievable; the pictures don’t do it justice! Amazingly restored with spacious rooms, gorgeous porches and a fantastic yard, this house was perfect for the eight of us. It was an easy 40 minute drive to Ithaca. The town, Elmira, has clearly seen better days, but it still offers a few nice parks and is close to other attractions."

"Our family of three generations gathered for Christmas and we had an amazing time. The house was lovely - clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. We were lucky with some mild weather on Christmas day which allowed us some time outdoors, but I can imagine how nice the outside area must be during the warmer months. We were grateful for the time we had together and for a place to stay as a whole family."

"The property was comfortable, clean, and well kept. It felt like being home. The beds were comfortable, and there was adequate space for the 4 of us. The grocery, pharmacy, etc. were all within a 10-minute drive. The only thing that didn't work out for us was the 10am checkout. We felt a little rushed. Overall, it was a great stay. "
