“As a long time visitor to Scotts Head this was our second stay here. Great location & pet friendly. David responds swiftly to questions & the place was lovely & clean when we arrived. Hopefully we can stay here again next Easter holidays.”

“Nice house, but in landscaped so front was really muddy and dirty, no driveway, front lawn etc. be prepared to get dirty! Good value for house that size though and inside was great albeit with no A/C. We stayed one night on the way north, wouldn’t stay more than that.”

“Cannot express my disappointment at the unsanitary condition of my accomodation. So very disappointing as I had saved, and waited for 12 months to visit this beautiful holiday location. The accomodation was very poorly cleaned, with multiple errors raised on multiple occasions with the property manager to no avail. If cleaned and sanitised to a reasonable level the accomodation would certainly have been wonderful . Recently renovated, great location and well laid out.”

“Probably my favourite stay ive had away from home. The area was amazing, tucked away but not too far from the hustle of the city. The house was beautifully modern, clean and equipped with everything our family needed to have a wonderful time. 10/10 unforgettable experience would definitely stay here again.”

“Great little home for a short or longer stay, we found everything we needed, great fencing for dogs also, beautifully renovated bathroom and kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. We would definitely stay again!”

“I booked this house thinking it was pet friendly meaning pets could come inside as well, it wasn’t until we had actually booked it and paid that we realised our dog had to stay outside, this made our stay not very relaxing because our dog is use to being inside and was constantly crying because he had to stay out.”

“The property is great. We had a lovely trip - so close to the beaches and shops. Large enough for two families of 4x and grandparents. The kids loved the separate sleeping area and their own kitchen. The main kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms are a good size for couples. Some feedback: the converted garage where the kids slept was so hot without a fan or air con. Also some foldable hanging racks would be really useful to use under the verandas during wet weather to dry beach...

“The property was clean and nicely decorated. It’s a perfect place to have a dog- we could sit on the back deck and watch her, knowing the yard was fully fenced & safe. The beds were very comfortable. Although it looks like a quiet street on the map, there was a lot of road noise. The third ‘bedroom’ isn’t private: you need to go through it to get to the main bedroom and the bathroom. The two upstairs rooms are not advised for anyone with mobility issues- very steep, narrow stairs. There was a...

“Great set up for a couple of energetic dogs, great safe yard and the verandah very suitable for them at night or when we had to venture out without them. Everything at the house we needed and a great location to walk to beach, shops clubs etc. Thanks for a great long weekend stay!”

“The house is beautifully presented and far better appointed than advertised. The weather was mixed during our stay but we were able to enjoy being both indoors and out. Hathead is special place, staying in this house in such a beautiful location was a wonderful experience. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it.”

“It’s right next door to the recently renovated shop which is super convenient - and it’s a short walk to the creek/beach. There’s not much backyard and no front yard as it’s attached to the aforementioned shop - so it would be ok for a family with little kids or like us with older kids who didn’t come with us! Whole house has been done up in the past year or so - so everything’s fresh and clean and new. We’re planning on staying in it again with no hesitation.”
