A Home to Relax and Unwind
This is a straightforward, practical base for a full house, with the sleeping split across three rooms so families or two groups can settle without treading on each other. The living room has a period fireplace and a wide window looking out over the green opposite, a calm spot at the end of the day. The kitchen runs the length of the back of the house, which makes longer stays easy to manage.

Location
Shirley is a settled suburb just west of Southampton, well placed for green space and the city both. St James` Park is a short walk off for its gardens, play area and community café, while Shirley High Street offers supermarkets, bakeries and a range of casual dining. Southampton Common sits a little further out for paths, a playground and a fishing lake, and The Cowherds pub on its edge is a good stop for a Sunday roast after a walk.

Good to Know Before You Book
The house is set over two floors, so the bedrooms and bathroom are reached by stairs. There is one family bathroom shared across all three bedrooms, with a separate WC on hand. Free on-street parking is available directly outside on this quiet Shirley road, with space for up to 2 cars, though this cannot be guaranteed. Check-in is self check-in via a keybox, with full instructions sent on the morning of arrival.

Please be aware that the property`s permanent Wi-Fi installation is currently awaiting completion. In the meantime, a temporary mobile Wi-Fi solution is being provided for guest use. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Extra charges
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged at £20 per hour, up to a maximum of 2 hours. This is subject to availability and can be requested after booking through a secure third-party platform.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
