“Very easy to speak with the owners of the boats and boat was spotless with a lovely welcome basket. The wash facilities in the marina were 5* and the views on the boat take any stress away. We were a party of 2 and it felt enough for below deck as the room definitely is up top. The restaurant in marina is fabulous and so are their cocktails”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Elm Lodge, in particular its situation in a peaceful, wooded area where we were able to watch spring unfold and observe many varieties of birds. The lodge was clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location for visiting Bosham and the surrounding area. This was our second visit and we will be returning!”

“The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. “We were 6 adults. The two bedrooms with bunk beds were tiny and more suitable for children or teens. One couple ended up sleeping on the L shaped sofa in the living room. It was inconvenient that there was no hot water at the downstairs bathroom sink. Also, the towel warmer upstairs became very heated for reasons we do not understand. Could be a danger.”

It was deceptively spacious, the photos did not do the kitchen & living space justice, as we had an expectation that it would be a very small flat. It was very large and all the bedrooms had so much space. It goes without saying that the view was stunning, and the property had everything you needed.
