“Matt was an amazing host, clear and prompt in communications and friendly. The mattresses were new and comfortable! Truly, many places skimp on the quality of the mattress, and this place did not. We had amazing sleep here. The location is central to everything, which is great. Parking can be a little difficult, especially if you're in a truck. If you're looking for location with a well-equipped kitchen and good beds, this is the place to stay! ”

“Absolutely fantastic stay. We were trying to decide whether we wanted a cabin in the woods or a place in the city. This is a little bit of both; in the city but as quiet as being in the woods. A 5 minute drive down the mountain to all the best restaurants. A shout out to Bamboo on 2nd for the best sushi in town. I grew up in Birmingham so I’m very familiar with the area. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. The accommodations are top of the line. I have not slept so well in a long time....

“Loved this little place! It is actually a little bigger than I had imagined as a 2/1 unit. Very nicely decorated. Spotless when we checked in. Easy access provided for door lock right on time as promised. Great water pressure. Enough personal bath stuff on hand to certainly make it through several days. Plenty of towels. Beautiful hardwood floors with strategic rug placement. Very communicative owner. The beds! Oh so soft & cozy. Close to many great local restaurants & bars (if...

“Spotless and comfortable…clear instructions for accessing apartment. Great stay!”

“Enjoyed my stay! Host was great”

“The property was fine. The baseboards were very dusty throughout the apartment but most especially in the bathroom where they were covered in dust and body hair. There were no towels to be found in the bathroom. I eventually found them in the dryer. The address given could specify the apartment number also. I feel like a had to do lots of communication (which was very easy and effective) with the owner to get the info I needed to check in.”

“Quiet location, 15 minutes from UAB. Free parking. Short drive to Publix store. We appreciated good communication with the owner and as a bonus the first place we've stayed that had soft toilet paper!”

“Host Was Amazing and Property Was Very Clean!”

“Separate beds made sleeping arrangements flexible while shared spaces felt welcoming too. Friendly staff assisted promptly during our visit making everything smooth overall.”
