“This property is a great value compared to renting a hotel room that would offer nothing like the accommodations and amenities located here. We enjoyed two bedrooms, a living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and access to a laundry. The hostess was very responsive and thoughtful. This rental is a great value.”

“This place has a ton of potential, and the owner is a super nice guy. The house is old, and it's age shows. When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. He also mentioned that he was planning to get new carpet, which I was glad to hear, because the carpet is definitely showing its age. The...

“A beautiful property in a delightful and friendly neighborhood, close to all Casper’s amenities. Right by the gorgeous North Platte River for early morning walks where a person can breathe in the vastness and peace of the most beautiful place I’ve ever had the privilege to be, central Wyoming. The host is wonderful, close by to resolve any issues, but not in your face nor smothering. Small issue with access code, upon arrival, but this was resolved in under 5 minutes by the host without it...

“The host was hard to communicate with. He did not respond to questions and did not give us the check in information in a timely manner!”

“The house was very clean and organized. The host was also accommodating and helpful. Everything was nice and bed was comfortable. It was as depicted. ”

“Host was great at communication. Home was nice & clean. Host had supplies in case we forgot things. Comfortable. Great price.”

“We loved our stay at this little house! We had the main level with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. It was nicely remodeled and had a heat pump so was very comfortable inside compared to the 90 degree temp outside! Host had clear instructions and seamless check-in process.”

“Lovely house, walkable distance from downtown, in a great neighborhood.Everything was top-notch. This is the kind of home I would love to have!Pity we couldn't meet our host in person but we stayed only a few days. Yet, communication by SMS was effective and nice.”

“Great location! The property is located very close to Main Street, so restaurants and businesses were easily in walking distance, but the street the property is on is quiet (great sleep quality), and the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. Best of both worlds!”

“Great place to stay. Walking distance to downtown. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to run a bit.”
