"Great place to stay close to temples and other attractions. Great projector and screen we could use in the evenings. Great little kitchenette, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, Beds were a little hard though. Close to convenience shops where you can buy snacks, drinks and even prepared meals. We walked everywhere but bus stop out front if you wanted. "

"Great as a base for Kyoto. Well-equipped small flat where we managed to cook small meals. Having a washing machine was very useful and drying facilities were in the small bathroom. Check-in was in a different building, a five minute walk away, which we hadn’t appreciated till we got to the hotel. The check-in manager was very helpful. There was one 24 hour supermarket, Lawson’s, about 5 mins walk away, where you can get everything you need. Within the flat, soap, shampoo and washing powder,...

"This was a fantastic choice for our first visit to Japan. Very clean. Larger room than expected. Staff was very helpful, even with language barrier communication was not a problem. The. Staff was out of this world. We cannot say enough how they helped us with taxis, walking directions and anything we needed! Love it!"

"Wonderful rooms extremely spacious compared to usual Japanese hotels but very reasonable price. There's no cleaning at all but we really didn't mind that. We'd rather have a large inexpensive room than a small room with cleaning. 5min. walk to a convenience store. Train stations are within 10min. radius. Loved it."
