“I booked a weekend stay here for my wife and I for our 30th anniversary. The house was amazing. There has been a lot of effort put into its decor which adds plenty of character to this historic hosue.Its very warm and welcoming. We were greeted by Holly upon our arrival she made us feel comfortable immediately. She prepares a continental breakfast every morning that sets the bar for how others should be.( everything was delicious)There are plenty of areas to hang out comfortably inside as well...

Steps to house steep. No handrails. Careful.
No access to beach....all grown up grass weeds trees.. No deck/dock as described on property.pic is next door... Very disappointed. Water pressure in sink very very low. No kitchen. Didnt state it did. But just beware

“The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. ”
“We had an excellent stay! Everything was great from beginning to end. The place was very clean, well organized, and fully stocked with all the supplies we needed. Communication with the host was excellent very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this property to others. “I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the guest room. The decore was perfect and inviting. Everything was clean and neat. It's usually difficult for me to fall asleep in a strange place, but this stay made me feel like I was at home. I will definitely return.”
“Drive 15 hours and was looking forward to finally getting some rest at 4:30am, but instead I walked into a room with the bed that smelled overwhelming of perfume. The scent was on the sheets, blanket, and all three pillows, as if they had been sprayed directly. The odor was so strong that it made the room uncomfortable and difficult to relax. This was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning to this place.”
“Great location, lovely breakfast room with good food options, nice seating areas to meet with friends. Optional Bourbon Room downstairs for drinks and snacks. Overall a super place to stay.”
