“The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately the hallway to the room smelled of really dirty feet and so did our room. Also, the hotel doesn’t supply conditioner. We had forgotten our shampoo and conditioner and this was a big irritant. When I told the person at the front desk of the smell and lack of conditioner, he focused on the conditioner and said that the hotel doesn’t provide this. Too bad.”

“Newly renovated rooms - very nice and clean. No breakfast there because of renovation work (if I understood it correctly). We drove to The Bagel Factory on London road instead, and had breakfast bagels there (very good).”

“We arrived for check but had to wait 45mins for our room. We were told housekeeping were behind. Room was clean when we got access. The pool was nice, fun for children not a “swimming” pool. The whirlpool was good, warm, spacious! Staff were ok. We didn’t get asked how our journey in was etc like we heard others be asked while we sat there waiting for our room. No small talk. We are ate at Arthur’s pub - recommend the fish and chips.”
