“The property need a deep cleaning. We noted spider webs around all windows and dust on and under tables. Kitchen was well equipped and clean, bathroom floor had grout coming out between tiles and very poor tile work in the shower - messy grout application. Counter top in bathroom was filled with calulk on the end that did not meet wall!
