“The cottage is lovely. Really well kept, spacious and centrally located to walk to everything you need. The bedrooms are perfectly appointed, and beds were really comfortable. We spent tons of time in the large open kitchen. The place has modern amenities while keeping the historic charm of the house and the neighborhood. The area has excellent shops and restaurants. The cottage is also well situated for short road trips to Southport Island and Ocean point in East Boothbay for incredible open...

“Nice house in quiet location. Great kitchen!! Master bed was comfy except sheets should be replaced. The house is large with a huge finished basement. The TV in the basement was OK. The basement sofa is comfy but the primary sofa upstairs was uncomfortable. All in all... a very good property that could be great with better bed sheets and living room sofa.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in New Harbor. The quiet and solitude of that area was great, and early morning runs to Pemaquid Beach and down to the lighthouse - wonderful! Also close enough to Damariscotta and other towns was perfect. Thank you! The house itself- quiet, very clean, with everything we wanted.”

“The property and home were very charming, lovely views from every room of the tawny late November marsh landscape. Recent renovations provided creature comforts, and getting out to explore in-town Bath or out to Reid was a short car ride away. Accessibility for older family was great with the single level and low entry thresholds. Tina was great for communicating with- our best wishes!”
