“I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows...

“Terrible. Elevator not working, instead used service elevator they say use the stair. Breakfast items gone before the time. Terrible”

Look like someone spit chewing tobacco on the upper corner of the door by the hinges. Arrived at check in time 3pm room was already taken. It was a handicap room. That's it for us.”

“The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons...

“No pillow cases on pillows. One bed broke as my child started sitting on it. AC did not work. Toilet paper roll has dried bodily functions on it. I sadly did not think to take pictures before leaving so Expedia is being difficult about refunding my non-stay, as we ended up going elsewhere, because this place should be condemned until it can be brought up to minimum health code standards, at least. It was BAD.”
