With two separate living rooms, your group can split up for a quiet movie night and a raucous game night at the same time, no compromises needed.

The first floor features a living room, dining area, and kitchen in an open-concept layout perfect for cooking and gathering together. The first floor also has a full bathroom and a queen bedroom with a step-in shower, a great option for guests with mobility needs. The oversized entryway makes the perfect drop zone for hiking gear, shoes, and jackets after a day on the trails, and first-floor laundry adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Upstairs, you'll find a second living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a desk for anyone who needs to get some work done. The second floor also has two more bedrooms: a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom completes the upper floor.

The entire space has ac units installed from June to mid Sept and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms for added comfort. Each bedroom has an ac unit and there are units installed in all the shared living space giving the whole house air conditioning on hot summer days. Our fast wifi will ensure everyone is able to work and or use the Roku tvs at the same time.

The side yard has a privacy fence so you can enjoy the space comfortably. There is a propane gas grill and a patio set. The yard is not fully fenced, so furry friends must remain leashed at all times!
