“Room was ok - bedside lights didn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work, we woke up every morning congested, the pull out bed (for our kiddo) was terrible, the room only had 2 towels.. we booked this hotel as it said it was really family and kid friendly but the rooms have sliding barn doors for the bathroom and so our two year old was constantly slamming that door open and closed (we tried to block the door but it was hard to keep him away). “we had a total of 10 families with kids and we’re looking forward to the swimming pool. We called ahead to make sure the swimming pool was working and they told us it was. The pool was not in service and our kids had nothing to do after their baseball tournament. Very disappointed as we would have picked a different hotel if we would have been told the pool was still out of service three different families were told it had been fixed.”
