“Found this gem at the last minute and Lorien was kind enough to accommodate us. A lovely quiet location with everything you need. Perfect place away from the bustle of town but close enough to everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked. The pancake mix with fresh berries and maple syrup was perfect for a lazy morning without having to leave the house.”

“The views are just wonderful the property is a fair way out of town so cant walk but its worth it. The property is fully stocked with all you need its small but clean and functional Some of the furniture is getting on, like the couch but much has already been renovated. It a great place for 2 couples or a family of 3 The host is great and most helpful”

“On arrival I was a bit unsure and opening up the shed was difficult for me as the door is very stiff! Charles did ask if I needed help which I declined, definitely say yes! The door is really loud to close, you could not sneak a person past if you tried! 😉 First impression when opening the shed, “Man what have I done?!”, but don’t despair, got up the stairs and have a look! Very impressed with the set up and cleanliness of the little room! It has everything you need and is very cozy! Stairs...

“The Botanic apartments were all that they advertise to be. It's a quiet situation, but with the main shopping area within walking distance. We found the apartment to be very clean and fresh. Was great to have a king bed with beautiful fresh linen. The bathroom and kitchen were new and it was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer within the apartment. My husband and I would definately stay again when in Warnambool. Highly recommend.”
