“Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. ”

“The apartment itself was clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom has two doors. One to the living room and one to the bedroom. This made it much nicer since we had someone sleeping in the living room. It is handicap accessible. The elevator brings you right to the third floor and there isn't a threshold.
