“If you’re a couple looking for the absolutely perfect place to stay, this is it. Quiet, charming and a beautiful setting. A short drive to anywhere in the area. We loved every part of this place! Next time we come to La Crosse and this place isn’t available we’ll have to change dates. Thanks Emily for such a great space!”

“Place was roomy and met expectations, parking was a bit tricky, had too park 2 cars in a row, third car had to wing it, as street parking was only 2 hours…the only other complaint was entry to Vrbo was not fun, needed keys , so there was a lot of up and down the stairs to let each other in as we all had different plans,first person in always had the keys.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Green Door apartment. It was very clean and spacious, plus we could walk to everything in Viroqua! We will definitely stay here again.”

“We visit the Cranberry Festival every year, usually camping, but this is much better. Affordable, warm, dry, everything worked. Good quality tv for the big football games at night. Nice quiet neighborhood.”

The location was a good halfway point and our evening was filled with much needed laughter after a very stressful week for us all. “Apartment was even better than pictured and described! Had anything you'd need and if did not the hosts were available to help. Lovely view from spacious apartment and had a great selection of brochures for local restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again if in the area!”

“This was ideal for me for a mini retreat after flight planes got cancelled and I made a pivot to a road trip. As a single woman, safety is always my first concern, and I felt secure. The location is ideal to go downtown and walk along the river or head to a number of hiking or biking trails. Or if you just want to sit and chill, hang out at the dock in the back and let the world float by.”

“We had booked this property in July for a late September booking. I paid over $600, received a reservation confirmation from Vrbo, numerous reminder emails and check-in information. When we arrived and entered the property via the code provided to us, the property was trashed and already occupied. The host was unresponsive, and claimed that we had not paid for the property and our reservation did not exist. I am working with Vrbo to resolve. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK HERE!”

“Perfect! The apartment was much larger than expected. Beds were comfortable, home was clean & kitchen & bathrooms stocked with all the necessities. We loved being able to walk to several shops, restaurants & bars, we even attended a comedy show at the venue below us. Highly recommend!”

“We were in town to attend the DIII Wrestling National Championships at the LaCrosse Center. The location was perfect for attending the wrestling, getting food, and celebrating after. The unit is well stocked, clean, and very spacious. We had a great stay!”

“This was a perfect location and get away for my family to get together and go fishing. John and his family are very nice and are great hosts. We look forward to all of us getting together here again for another fishing trip. All of the amenities were great! We played many games of pool and had plenty of time to relax. Perfect all around.”
