“Great property! The owners were great communicating with us prior to the stay. The cabin was very clean and spacious. Only add would be additional blackout curtains for the living room (sleeper sofa location) Perfect location for Tryon. We will be coming back for sure. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. We were able to relax there after long days at the horse show. We did have to buy a matress topper because the bed was very hard. Other than that we had all that we needed. Nicely decorated with sufficient towels and linens. Kitchen was lightly stocked so i wouldn't pan a big dinner. Host was accessible. We had to contact him when the directions for checkout were unclear. We texted a message and he got back to us in under an hour. We would definitely go back. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay, the only bad thing, we were unable to sit on front or back porch, the carpenter bees, (looked similar to bumble bees) were flying around both areas, not just a couple, alot. Also, the chairs, cushions were covered with pollen, but of course it is that time of year.”

“Sunset Cottage was exactly as advertised. It is beautiful and secluded and is perfect for wanting to slow down for a few days from the everyday grind. The cottage gives a rustic feel but is also clean and has all the modern amenities needed. A short walk behind the cottage takes you to a secluded pond where we were able to just rest for a spell an listen to the silence of nature.
