“We positioned ourselves in Cambridge Springs PA so that we could travel up to 6 hours northeast to 6 hours southwest to catch the 2024 Eclipse. We were fortunate that we needed to only travel about 2 hours west to Ohio to catch the best weather. We would have had a wonderful view from the Cambridge Springs location, but were unsure about the weather. The cottage was homey and well stocked with everything we needed. “The owners did not miss one detail, and we truly appreciate all of it. Everything g you need is there, very clean, beautiful location. I would highly recommend this to everyone. We stayed for a wedding in Edinboro, but we were only 20 minutes from the casino as well, we grilled on the deck twice, made breakfast and slept very well”

“I must say through the pictures I thought this place would be nice. I was right but the pictures do not give it justice of how beautiful the place really is. I truly believe the group and I seen the most beautiful sunset we will ever see. We had a great time. The hosts are the most genuine and nice people. Any questions at any time they were there with answers. I will be 100% returning with friends and family in the future.”

“This is the most well stocked VRBO in which we have stayed. Eggs from then farm chickens was such an added touch. The setting is beautiful. My daughter’s graduation pictures ended up looking like we picked a professional photographer. Note, the shower is upstairs only and the steps are steep. There is a deep bathtub downstairs, but for my older family this presented a challenge.”

“This was the coolest place to throw party. We booked a band and gathered 35 of our nearest and dearest to celebrate my wifes 40th birthday. It could not have gone better. 18 bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. The property was beautiful and private. Every single person in attendance started to immediately find excuses for us to come back. Highly recommend!”

“My friends and I are all turning 40 this year, so we decided to pick a different weekend activity to celebrate each birthday. My friend Bob was the birthday boy this weekend and he just wanted to hangout somewhere peaceful and sereen with golf courses and some nice play to grab a bite to eat and a drink. “Great place to stay!”

“This was our second stay at this lovely house on the river. We had 6 adults plus our dogs, so we were thrilled to find a place to accommodate such a large group. Enjoyed the front porch overlooking the river, which was big enough for all of us to use at once, and made use of the back patio with grill. Many charming antiques throughout the house and a beautiful (and large) hand made dining room table. We brought several kayaks and really enjoyed the river. Lisa was the best - very quick to reply...

“Great location. Went to Warner Theater in erie. Only 30 min. Away. Very quiet except for the soothing sound of the lake. Rainy most of time but still able to sit on the deck. The house is very clean and comfortable. Loved the kitchen. Had a great stay. P.S. can walk close by to get food or dine out. All walking distance. Thanks”

The downstairs was spacious and comfortable, and had ample seating for eating, lounging, etc. We appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and that there were extra supplies (paper towels, tissues, soap, etc) on hand.
