“The problem with this property as of early March is that there is so much construction going on, it is not welcoming. Instead of closing off one section of the hotel, the crews working are all over the place. Every other room had open doors with building supplies, the hallways had paint cans just lying around. “Property advertises on site restaurant and bar. There is no restaurant. The bar is laughable. The checking clerk doubles as the bartender, they have zero knowledge of drinks, they have zero ability to make mixed drinks, including a simply coke with a mixer. They had a handful of lukewarm beer. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand english which made it difficult to inquire about anything. I asked for toilet paper and kleenex and was given a bath towel. Had a do not disturb...

“I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...

“We had a wonderful stay. It was clean, quiet, and had very friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. ”

“Pool jacuzzi and gym were closed for reconstruction. Breakfast was horrible. The staff were friendly but not helpful. ”

“We had trouble getting in to our room as the batteries in the lock were bad, then the same with our remote for the tv. Kids in the hot tub were loud and kept it busy for a good bit of our stay. The staff was was very polite, alwas greeting you at evert chance. The breakfast wasn't all that great but still filling and clean. ”
