“Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!”

“Room was clean, Front desk was great in addressing needs, very little noise. The breakfast was good with descent amount of selections.”

“Very nice, polite, informative and helpful employees. The room was excellent. The pool was awesome, fitnessroom was good and on top all this an amazing breakfast. ”

“The inside of the building smelled bad near the room, as did the inside of the room. Toilet ran all night and toilet seat and faucet of sink was broken. Air conditioning made room super humid which added to the smell. Asked for second night to be refunded because of this and that we were not going to stay a second night, but hotel refused.”

“Wi-Fi worked great in lobby but walk halfway down the hall and no WiFi…. Ac in room shut down at 9:00 pm never came back on… travel often to Lubbock for work and first and last time I stay at comfort inn”

“Both elevators were broken. They put us on the 3rd floor. Buckets were catching water leaks in the lobby. We couldn't stay there. We had to stay at a different hotel across town.”

And I called to speak to the manager and she...

“Not a great experience but it was cheap”

“Very cool set up. We didn’t utilize the interior court as we had other plans but it was a nice, comforting set up. Things quieted down by 10. I didn’t understand the “destination” charge on a $400+ room for the night. Nice place but nothing above and beyond. Good location.”

“Clean and comfy”

“Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea.”
