“The house is very cozy. We enjoyed the screened in porch to be able to sit outside without bugs. We did use the fire pit two nights and made s’mores. I would agree with other reviews though. If you have mobility issues, there are a lot of steps down to the dock. The location of the dock is perfect. It’s a very quiet cove, and the kids swam every evening after boating all day. “Very secluded and a perfect getaway at the lake. House is beautiful. On open water so gets some wake at the dock, but nice to swim and watch the boats. 3rd bathroom is located away from other bedrooms, but still nice to have 3 full baths. ”
