“Lugnt och skönt kvarter och närheten till restauranger, sevärdheter. Mycket fin och mysig stad! Trevligt bemötande av värd vid parkering och visning av lägenhet. Extra att få husets marmelad, kaffe, te, olja vinäger! Fanns en liten karta över staden men hade gärna sett lite tips om sevärdheter. Värden berättade om sådana men inte lätt att komma ihåg . Vi sov mycket gott !”

“This was a delightful one night stay for us in a pretty chalet style apartment at the foot of the Assisi hills. We had a fabulous view up to the town from our outdoor terrace seating area. The hostess Elizabetta welcomed us warmly and we had everything we needed. “The property was in a secluded location on a farm stone road and was so charming and different. Old 16th century buildings upgraded. Very spacious rooms. “Ho soggiornato dal 26/8/15 al 29/8/15 con la mia famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è in posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima ad Assisi, l'appartamento pulito e confortevole e il Signor Marcello è un padrone di casa simpatico e disponibile. Le mie figlie hanno usufruito della piscina a tutte le ore. Lo consiglio sicuramente.”

“Our stay at Cuore Verde was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed in the separate house on the property, called L’Uvile. It was beautifully furnished, beyond clean, and the hosts had thought of everything. The windows even had retractable screens, which added so much to comfort and is incredibly rare here. “We had the most incredible stay at Cuore Verde. So sweet (but read if you have mobility issues)
"Breakfast sugar overdose, for sure. The hotel is conveniently located close to Perugia train station, but mind that the city center is 400mt elevated in relation to the hotel. I injured myself during the trip and had to move with crotches. This was a challenge, as Perugia is truly a hilly town. However, the hotel is very well connected by bus that takes you straight from the hotel door to several main squares of the city in 20 minutes. The staff was very very kind, in particular the staff working at the breakfast station. If you have a crave for sugar, this hotel will satisfy your needs. It does need to catch up with vegan options though. I found the room impeccably clean and cozy. Not the most sophisticated or contemporary, which I also do not enjoy. My bedroom was facing a road that gives access to the highway and still was rather quiet (in case you're noise sensitive consider asking for floor 2 or 3, facing backyard). There are two supermarkets 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel, in case you need them, as well as pharmacies. All and all, a nice staying with a fair price. I'm adding a photo of the swimming pool on the terrace (open until 19:30). Bring a cap if you want to dip."
