âFrom the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very welcoming host. He was always available whenever we had questions. The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kidsâ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. All in all, a perfect stay â Alexandros was the man with the big smile and always ready to help.â

âFriendly staff, very very quiet, nice pool-area, nice hotel, ok food. This is an adults only hotel, so very strange that the pool bar closes at 17.30 when that is the nicest time to relax by the pool and have a drink. No lounge music, very poor cocktails, not what I had expected from a â5â star adults only hotel. The âgymâ was not for free, a small room with 3 machines - once again not what we had expected. â

"Stort, snyggt hotell med flera pooler & matstÀllen. Hade inte bott hÀr utan barn. Mindre bra var att Àventyrsbadets pool inte var uppvÀrmd & var 13 grader, gick inte att vistas dÀr. Servicen var undermÄlig, incheckningen tog flera timmar, stor förvirring i personalen kring var badhanddukar fanns. Kallt pÄ rummen i april nÀr kvÀllstempen var kring 9 grader. Fanns mkt mat att vÀlja pÄ men ingen variation frÄn dag till dag sÄ tröttnade snabbt. HÄrda sÀngar. DÄligt nÀtverk. Trevlig personal overall."
