"I am very disappointed with my stay at George Williams Hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and even though our bed sheets were dirty, the staff did not replace them. Our towels were not changed either during the stay.
In addition, neither the TV nor the internet was working, which made the experience even worse. There was also an unpleasant smell both in the hallway and inside the room.
Considering the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, as there are many better options available in the same price range."
