“Great location ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Very new and clean unit. I gave it a 5 star but it was more like 4.5. The room needs a dining table and chairs and also some counter chairs that are the right height. The appliances are brand new but the refrigerator had not yet been plumbed for water so the ice maker did not work. Very convenient location and just a straight shot to downtown CDA. Also food trucks right next door and Jimmy’s Down the Street just a few blocks away.”

“Nice apartment in a very quiet area of Riverstone. The surrounding area has a lot of shops and places to dine. The only negative is that there was no coffee or tea for the Keurig machine and there wasn’t a welcome basket, which isn’t a deal breaker but this is the first VRBO that didn’t provide these amenities. Overall we had a nice stay. ”

“We have stayed at many properties at this point. This particular property was a 10. Clean, bright, stocked amenities, super comfortable bed and did I say Clean! We loved it! ”

“After spending long days with our grandchildren this little cabin was a great place to relax in the evening. The bed and recliners were very comfortable. Susie and her husband were so welcoming. We really enjoyed the location away from all the hustle and bustle. ”

“This was the perfect stay for a family/friend vacation to Silverwood. We cooked, play games, and visited local restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable.”

“We stayed here for just one night on our way passing through. It was a bit small, but well kept, clean and seemed brand new. Perfectly functional for what we needed. I actually thought it was nicer than photos which is always a good surprise and had everything we needed.Conveniently close to food trucks, coffee shop and only 5 min drive to downtown. Would 100% recommend.”

“Property was well stocked, close to a lot of activities, and manager was very easy to communicate with. Great neighborhood, very clean house, very comfortable beds! Would definitely recommend if you have a large family get together like us! Only thing...the bathroom sink on the main floor was very slow draining...may need a look at, and the toilet on the main floor was too easily clogged...we frequently had to plunge. Otherwise...all was great!!!”
