The individually designed luxury room is located on the 3rd floor of a former large Belle-Époque apartment building (please note there is no elevator) and the entire interior is inspired by the glorious history of Prokurative.

Room has a comfortable king-size bed and a charming split-level layout with a raised seating area, perfect for relaxing.

You can pamper your senses with a large LED TV with satellite channels.

You can alsp enjoy the shared rooftop terrace and have a glass of wine surrounded by the spectacular views over the turquoise Adriatic sea and the city of Split.

Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance, charges may apply.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 1 hour of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 30 minutes of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

We expect normal house behaviour - please treat this room as your own, leave it tidy, don't break anything and please don't make excessive noise that would disturb other people in the house.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm (reception). After 7:00 pm, self check-in only. Check-out is from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

Room is located near the Split sea promenade and just one minute walking to the Diocletian's Palace.

It's the best preserved palace from the Roman times in the world.

The city part where the room is located is in the great location from where virtually everything is within a walking range: restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, central green market, main fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 15 minutes walking.

Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice, rocky beach and park Zvoncac together with park Sustipan with magnificent sea view are all within 15 minutes walking.

Bus station is 50m away from the room.

The main bus station, train station, and ferry port are 700–800 meters away.

Paid public parking is 50m away.
