Fantastiskt trevligt hotell!
Mysigt familjehotell med en personal som var fantastisk! Riktigt bra service och lugnt område. Kunnig personal som gav utmärkta tips på utflyktsmål och härliga matställen!

Good but not luxurious.
Did not live up to the name "Luxury Rooms". It's a good hotel/bnb but not a luxury hotel.

Mycket bra hotell
Mycket fint, litet familjehotellet, bra läge i gamla stan, trevligt bemötande. Bra frukost. Beställ gärna hämtning via hotellet vid färjan kan vara svårt att hitta själv första gången, kostade ca 50 kn.

Supernöjd resenär!
Litet familjärt hotell med superbra service. Fina rum med mysig och god frukost. Passar den mindre familjen/gruppen som är i Split för att utforska staden! Nära till det mesta.

The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the car park as it was located some 5 minutes away. The B&B was nice but after a long day driving just wanted to relax and watch some TV, which did not work (and apparel had not been tuned in for some weeks). The location is good and only a short walk to the port.

Liked: cleanliness, in quiet area, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Lack of guest care made us cross: * Safe was impossible and we were blamed for this * Complimentary bottle of wine meant we had to ask for it and not given one automatically. We then fought to be given two quarter bottles (not one quarter bottle as then offered) of what turned out to be undrinkable wine. We expected a normal sized bottle of drinkable wine, as per our hotel in Dubrovnik * We had to pre-order breakfast at a specified time, then we were presented with a cooked breakfast, the moment we sat down and not asked when we were ready

Dear Mr Stuart,thank you once again for staying with us.It is really sad to hear that we don't care about our guests because we treat our guests as family and that is what our guests appreciate and mention in our reviews. About the safe: there was a mistake with your password and we fixed it immediatelly when you told us you had a problem, we are truly sorry about that but you were able to use it during your stay. Complimentary bottle of wine is something that is given as a welcome drink only to special expedia guests and we are sorry you weren't happy with it but we never had a problem with free wine from our guests.Our breakfast is served partly from a buffet and partly from a menu where you mark when you want to have your breakfast. We do that so you can have hot eggs and fresh food. When you sat down for breakfast, we served hot meal for you and it was really unpleasant to hear that it was pre cooked..we don't do things like that .I think our reviews show how we do our job and how we treat our guests. Excellent facility with attention to every detail. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Excellent breakfast. In close proximity to Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva. Employees were helpful and caring. Our receptionist even walked us to the main road to facilitate the airport transfer! And carried our luggage! Would definitely stay here again, our first choice.

Great little find - lovely place, food & people
Great little B&B in the heart of Split. 10/15 min walk to the main tourist area and the port. Very much as described - small but mighty fine. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast area is outside and just lovely to sit and enjoy your breakfast which was really good - ordered in advance and delivered perfectly. The owners and staff were super helpful and very very nice people. Very unusually, we had heavy rain and Tia kindly provided some umbrellas for us to use which was very kind. We usually stay at bigger hotels but this has changed our thoughts on maybe using smaller places from now on.

We loved staying here for 2 nights. The first night we were in room 106 which is the top floor (3rd floor) and had a little view of the water. The second night we stayed in 104 which has a patio area- 2nd floor just above the lovely breakfast area. The rooms were exactly the same. This delightful hotel smells of lavender and the staff goes beyond to help their guests. They do offer laundry service and also helped arrange a taxi to the airport and booked us a tour in Split. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. We really enjoyed their breakfast. They had a delicious offering of fruit, cereals, yogurts and then each afternoon you filled out your breakfast request for the next day. (eggs, toast, meats/cheeses). Get the croissants! AND they have real brewed coffee- a rarity in Europe. But they are happy to make you an espresso or a latte. It is a little tricky to find (don't use google maps if you are walking from the ferry). I think it's best to call when you get there and see if they can text you directions. You have to find an alley entrance off a main streets. Don't hesitate to book this lovely place- it's worth the price.

A very nice place run by lovely people. The best part was it was totally silent aside for normal doors closing etc. the neighbourhood is close to the main strip without the noise. It wasn’t cheap compared to other options and we were slightly disappointed to see that if we had waited and booked the room a day before we got there, it would have been much cheaper, but that’s the price you pay for planning and securing the room in advance. No complaints at all.

A great option in Split! A lovely small hotel, with dedicated staff. They let us borrow umbrellas the day it rained, did not blink an eye at us being 1 hour late to breakfast, and generally were lovely and efficient. Great location just outside the walls. Would definitely stay again!

Warm welcoming and helpful service and hospitality from Lina. Small but modern room. A bit off the beaten path but a short walk to city center. Best to contact Lina ahead of time to arrange transport. No elevator but we got the room on the main floor so not an issue lugging bags upstairs. Would go back again!

Probably our best accomodation to date.
Fantastic place in a beautiful small street that was dripping with history. Staff were the friendliestnmost helpful people we’ve encountered in our many hotel stays. Breakfast was great and what a fantastic change from half-warm buffets where only a small portion is eaten to the personalised gourmet breakfasts at Balatura. All restaurant recommendations were top notch. The room was so big and always impeccable. This fantastic bed and breakfast gets our highest recommendation! Thanks so much for our stay.
