Fint rum mitt i Split - men utan reception
Lite krångel att få rummet då det inte finns någon reception - bara flera olika rum på olika adresser. Man få hålla kontakten med telefon och sms. Men ett väldigt fint rum mitt i gamla delen av Split fick vi. Mycket prisvärt!

Bra läge, dock dålig städning. De bytte bara handdukar och lakan under vår vistelse. Vi var där en vecka. Annars är det nära till gamla stan samt strand.

Clean apartment with nice sea view
" Vi blev upphämtade på flygplatsen Split av uthyraren. Kördes sedan till lägenheten som inte låg på samma ställe som den lägenhet som fanns på bilderna . Full bokat på ordinarie. Framme vid lägenheten som låg ca 15-20 minuters promenad från hamnen ,gamla stan Split. Lgh låg på två våningar upp med en under balkong och utsikt mot Adriatiska havet. Området runt lgh var säkert och lugnt. Wi-fi var dåligt vi hade svårt att få flyt i surfandet. ACns kyl effekt nådde inte längtst bort till tredje rummet. Men nu var det väldigt varmt ute perioden vi var på plats +35..

Perfekt läge
På kartan såg det ut som om lägenheten låg en liten bit utanför city, men läget är helt perfekt, nära allt! Funkade bra med nyckelöverlämning och annat praktiskt trots att det inte finns en reception. Rummen är helt okej. Skulle absolut bo här igen!

excellent apartment!
we were greeted by our host and driven to another apartment that was spacious and lovely! the only bad thing i can think of was that we were so happy with the location of the "original" apartment showed here on the website that we got a bit surprised to arrive at the new apartment which was located in a little bit more busy surrounding.

Good to stay
Very friendly host. Due to delayed flight, they pick me up by the bus station and even went to buy some water and still drink when we arrived late and tired. Very nice and clean room. And its five-ten minutes from the port but just by the old town. Me and my ten year son where happy to stay here.

När vi kom till adressen fanns ingen Apartment. När vi ringde till dom kom en kvinna efter en stund och förklarade att det bara var en meeting point och att apartmenten låg på olika ställen. Hon tog till en apartment som låg en bit bort från centrum och inte alls centralt som vi bokat. Standarden höll inte heller det som bilderna visat vid bokningen. Den apartment vi fick fanns på nätet till en mycket lägre pris. Alltså vi fick inte det som vi beställt, utan något mycket sämre,vilket jag betraktar som skojeri.

The beds were out of this world, great quirks to the rooms and staff always super friendly. The access to the spa and free classes was a huge bonus too!

Lovely room with nice furnishings. Excellent location in the old town. Breakfast at the Hotel Marul across from the apartments was lovely. Hosts are really friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location
Apartment based 5 - 10 max mins(walking) away from everything and away from all the touristy crazyness so easy with luggage. Everything looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice Family apartment with high standard
Very nice apartment with high standard, close to the old town but a little hard find. The area closest to the apartment and the view was not very nice. The host met up and was very nice and friendly.

We loved this Apartment. Very well appointed and well suited for family of 5 (inc 3 teenagers). It is in perfect position just off the old town and 5 minutes walk to sea promenade. Laura (the Manager) was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with taxi to airport.

Kjempefin og romslig leilighet
Utrolig fin og romslig leilighet med fin beliggenhet. Veldig godt utstyrt leilighet og med flott interiør. Gåavstand både til byen og til strender, anbefaler f eks å bade på Plaza Jezinac (steinstrand). Vi var også til sandstranden Bacvice på andre siden av byen, men der luktet det ille. Meget hyggelige og behjelpelige utleiere. Ville uten tvil bodd der igjen!

Great central location
Hosts were super friendly , great knowledge of the area , offered a pick up service . I had just a room and not an apartment and the only issue I have is that when someone moved into the apartment next door , the walls are really thin and you can hear everything . Overall great owners and a comfortable clean place to stay

Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario per farsi delle bevande calde. bagno comodo e l'ospite gentilmente ha messo a disposizione shampoo, balsami ecc. Unica pecca per me sono i due piani da fare per le scale. La posizione è invidiabile, praticamente a due passi dal centro. La camera è posizionata all'interno dell'appartamento della proprietaria. ma con una sufficiente privacy.

Split Apartment
This apartment is in a perfect location. On a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood, yet less than a five-minute walk to the center of town and Diocletian's Palace. Laura, the proprietor, is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. And, of course, Split is a magnificent city!

Boa alternativa de hospedagem.
Apartamento novo, espaçoso e bem decorado, no segundo andar de pequeno prédio, localizado em região tranquila e bem próxima das atrações turísticas. Talvez o inconveniente para algumas pessoas o fato de ter elevador. Em Split, ótima opção para refeições é a tratoria TINEL, próxima à igreja. Diversificados pratos a preços bastante acessíveis, bem servidos em ambientes agradáveis. Não esquecendo de manter contato com os anfitriões para informar horário da chegada. Sugiro encomendar transporte do hotel para apanha no aeroporto, pagando-se o valor normal de 40 euros, cerca de 300 kunas.

Great location and value for money
I stayed at the premises during the off-season Easter period and found a good value for money option. It was easy walking access to the Walled Old Town pedestrian area - probably about 3 min away. The room was well appointed and had a little fridge and coffee / tea provisions. There was no attached kitchenette however which I had found was pretty standard in most hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia, but as I was not self-catering, it was not an issue. The bathroom was luxurious with a super large and modern feel and bathing area, a welcome change when compared to most other bathing facilities for mid-range hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia.

Amazing Split
Laura was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, quiet, private and scrupulously clean, an easy walk to the old city, with shops nearby, and a welcome outdoor courtyard. The decor was rather clinical and some welcoming touches (wine, flowers, toiletries) might have helped to soften this. The ability to make coffee in some form should be considered an essential! Split is an extraordinary place and well worth a few days' visit. Diocletian's Palace totally lives up to the hype, we ate well, and the old town is vibrant and fun. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend the apartment.

Perfect stay
We got a brand new room, with a nice location close to the old town and harbour. The service was excellent, picked up from the airport and given a warm welcome and lots of useful tips for our stay. Paul also picked up your luggage when we got back from a week at Hvar, and he took care of this until he drove us to the airport.
